Precautions

①The product water should be discarded one hour before the first start-up of the system; 
②Large fluctuations in flow rate and pressure during start-up and shutdown may cause membrane element rupture. The system should slowly increase/decrease pressure and flow rate during start-up and shutdown operations, and the pressure increase/decrease rate ≤ 0.07MPa/s. 
③The inlet SDI value must be below 5.0. 
④Strictly prohibit oil and grease from entering the reverse osmosis system. 
⑤The physical damage of the membrane will be caused if the product water pressure is higher than the feed water pressure, so the back pressure of the product water side of the membrane element should be avoided at any time.

General Information

①Each membrane element is equipped with a concentrate seal, a connecting adapter and corresponding O-rings when leaving the factory. The specific content shall be subject to the actual object; 
②Once the element is wetted, it should always be kept wet; 
③When the system is shut down for a long time, the membrane element should be immersed in the protective solution to prevent microbial growth. The standard preservative contains 1.0% (by weight) sodium bisulfite (food grade) and 1.0% (by weight) sodium citrate (food grade); 
④Users should avoid using any chemicals that may affect the membrane element. Jiangsu Aidemans Technology Co., Ltd. will not be responsible for the warranty if such chemicals are used in violation of regulations.
