Industrial Wastewater Discharge

Zero discharge of industrial wastewater refers to the use of technologies such as clean production, water resource recycling, and deep end treatment (membrane separation, evaporation crystallization, salt separation crystallization) in industrial production to achieve full recovery or harmless disposal of industrial wastewater, ultimately achieving the goal of "zero discharge". It is a key measure for China to implement the "dual carbon" strategy and promote green manufacturing. In terms of policy, documents such as the "14th Five Year Plan for Energy Conservation and Emission Reduction" clearly require key industries to pilot breakthroughs. In response to national policy requirements for zero discharge of industrial wastewater, Edelmans has innovatively developed the ZLP/ZHP series of reverse osmosis products. This product is widely used in multiple industrial wastewater zero discharge projects at home and abroad, helping enterprises achieve the recycling of water resources, realize the resource utilization and zero discharge of production wastewater.

Shanxi Coal Chemical Industry Zero Emission Project

This project adopts a treatment process of "regulation pool + UASB + two-stage AO + high-density sedimentation tank + ozone oxidation + aerated biofilter + mechanical clarifier + multimedia filter + ultrafiltration + reverse osmosis". The concentrate from reverse osmosis enters the brine station for further desalination treatment via multi-effect evaporation, ensuring zero wastewater discharge from the system. The external pressure ultrafiltration column membrane module uses the Aidemance AD-UF5-HR77 membrane product, while the reverse osmosis uses Aidemance AD-RO-SW8040-HF(400) and AD-ZHP-8040HR membrane products, operating in two sets. The single-set design water production capacity is 50 m³/h.

Ningxia Petrochemical Company Zero Emission Project

This project adopts a treatment process of "regulation pool + dissolved air flotation + primary biological treatment + secondary sedimentation tank + aeration biofilter + manganese sand filter + ozone oxidation + activated carbon filter + ultrafiltration + reverse osmosis". The concentrate from reverse osmosis is treated by "freeze evaporation crystallization + mother liquor drying process" for salt separation, ensuring zero liquid discharge for the entire system. In the dual membrane system, the external pressure ultrafiltration membrane module uses Aidmans AD-UF5-HR77 membrane products, and the reverse osmosis system uses Aidmans AD-RO-LP8040-FR (400) and AD-ZHP-8040HR membrane products, operating in two sets with a single set design water production capacity of 100 m³/h.

Zero-emission dyeing project

The dyeing wastewater treatment process of this project is "adjustment pool + hydrolysis acidification + combined aerobic + secondary sedimentation tank + coagulation reaction + mechanical clarification + curtain ultrafiltration MBR + two-stage RO". The ultrafiltration MBR has a treatment scale of 1500m³/d, and uses Aidman high-strength pollution-resistant curtain membrane components AD-UF7-HR45. The ultrafiltration MBR effluent enters the RO, and the system RO membrane uses Aidman AD-RO-LP8040-FR (400) and AD-RO-SW8040-HR (400) membrane products, totaling 132 units.
