Reclaimed water refers to the deep treatment of domestic sewage, industrial wastewater, etc. into regenerated water that meets specific water quality standards, which is used for industrial cooling circulation, process water, urban greening, and other fields. It is an important means to alleviate urban water resource crisis and coordinate urban water resources and water environment. By reusing reclaimed water, not only do we save water resources, but we also reduce production costs and improve environmental quality. Reclaimed water reuse project at a coking plant in Hebei

A coking plant in Hebei Province uses two sets of reverse osmosis systems, each with a design water production capacity of 90 m³/h. Each system uses the Admans AD-RO-LP8040-FR(400) membrane product.

Reclaimed water reuse project of a certain cast iron pipe company in Wuhu

A cast iron company in Wuhu uses the following wastewater treatment process: "adjustment pool + coagulation flocculation + high-efficiency clarifier + pH adjustment + filter pool". The filter pool effluent uses ultrafiltration + reverse osmosis dual membrane technology for water reuse. The columnar ultrafiltration membrane module uses the Ademans AD-UF5-HR77 membrane product, and the reverse osmosis system uses the Ademans AD-RO-LP8040-FR(400) membrane product. The system is divided into 4 groups, and the single-group design water production is 200m³/h.

Circulating water reuse project at a desalination plant in Shanxi

A steel plant in Shanxi Province has built a new demineralization water station. The treated water is used for the steelmaking, hot rolling, air compressor station, and the circulating water system of the steelmaking vaporization cooling system, using a dual-membrane process. The columnar ultrafiltration membrane module uses the Aidman AD-UF5-HR77 membrane product. The reverse osmosis system uses the Aidman AD-RO-LP8040-FR(400) membrane product, with a total of 4 sets, each with a design water production capacity of 244 m³/h.
