Circulating water reuse project at a desalination plant in Shanxi
A steel plant in Shanxi Province has built a new demineralized water station. After treatment, the water is used for the circulating water systems of steelmaking, hot rolling, air compressor stations, and the steelmaking vaporization cooling system. A dual-membrane process is used. The columnar ultrafiltration membrane module uses the Aidemance AD-UF5-HR77 membrane product. The reverse osmosis system uses the Aidemance AD-RO-LP8040-FR(400) membrane product, with a total of 4 sets, each with a designed water production capacity of 244 m³/h.
