Reclaimed water reuse project of a certain cast iron pipe company in Wuhu
A certain cast iron pipe company in Wuhu uses the following wastewater treatment process: "Equalization tank + Coagulation flocculation + High-efficiency clarifier + pH adjustment + Filter", and the filter effluent uses ultrafiltration + reverse osmosis double-membrane technology for water reuse. The columnar ultrafiltration membrane module uses the Aidmans AD-UF5-HR77 membrane product, and the reverse osmosis system uses the Aidmans AD-RO-LP8040-FR(400) membrane product. The system operates in 4 groups, with a single group designed to produce 200m³/h.
