Zero-emission dyeing project
This project uses a dyeing wastewater treatment process of "equalization tank + hydrolysis acidification + combined aerobic + secondary sedimentation tank + coagulation reaction + mechanical clarification + curtain ultrafiltration MBR + two-stage RO". The ultrafiltration MBR has a treatment scale of 1500 m³/d and uses Aidman high-strength pollution-resistant curtain membrane modules AD-UF7-HR45. The ultrafiltration MBR effluent enters the RO, and the system RO membrane uses Aidman AD-RO-LP8040-FR (400) and AD-RO-SW8040-HR (400) membrane products, totaling 132 units.
