Environmental Protection Online In conversation with Ren Fengwei, General Manager of Jiangsu Aidemans Technology, we look back on the company’s six-year journey and explore the path of innovation in domestically produced industrial membrane materials.

Since 2018, the company Establishment , in 2020, the Tianjin ultrafiltration base was commissioned, and in 2024, the company’s headquarters was established in Suzhou as well. Commissioning the reverse osmosis membrane production line Edmans closely follows The national environmental protection policy has progressed through four stages: industry exploration, technological breakthroughs, low‑carbon industrialization, and resource recycling. The company has independently developed two core membrane products—immersed ultrafiltration and high‑pressure zero‑discharge reverse osmosis—overcoming the challenges of treating highly saline and sludge‑rich wastewater under extreme operating conditions.

At the Qingdao Water Conference, CEO Ren shared key industry trends: industrial water treatment has long since moved beyond merely achieving compliance with discharge standards; resource recovery, low‑carbon and carbon‑reduction initiatives, and domestic substitution have become the primary drivers of development.

In the past, high-salinity desalination membranes were long reliant on imports. AIDEMANS has consistently invested in R&D, benchmarking against the performance of imported products, and leveraged its proprietary membrane materials to help chemical, lithium‑ion battery, and textile‑printing companies achieve wastewater reuse and waste‑salt resource recovery, thereby reducing overall pollution‑control costs.

As a pioneer in advancing domestically produced membrane materials, AIDEMANS is committed to breaking the monopoly of overseas products by offering cost‑effective, in‑house‑developed membranes, thereby providing reliable water‑treatment solutions to support zero‑emission operations across industries such as new energy and advanced manufacturing. This year’s water‑industry exhibition has also served as a platform for collaboration and knowledge sharing, and we look forward to working hand in hand with our industry peers to jointly drive the green, low‑carbon transformation of the industrial sector.
